How do I connect WhatsApp?
Open WhatsApp on the Connections page and choose a connection method. For the web connection, scan the QR code from Linked Devices on your phone. Business API has a separate setup flow.

Organization owners and admins can review plan changes and renewals in Settings > Billing. Contact support to downgrade, and review the price and terms before paying.
Where does the AI assistant get its answers?
Answers depend on your knowledge base and assistant settings. Keep product, pricing, shipping, and return information accurate and current, and test answers before use.
